Refund and Returns Policy for The Loving Mind

At The Loving Mind, we are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality support to our clients. We are here to assist if you need help. If you’re ever unsatisfied with a session or expertise, please read our policy below for details on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling procedures.

Session Cancellations

We understand that unexpected events can occur. To avoid fees, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.

Refunds for Services

  • Completed Sessions: Refunds are not available for sessions that have already taken place. However, if you have concerns about your experience, please contact us to explore a suitable resolution.
  • Unused Sessions in a Package: If you’ve purchased a service package and have unused sessions, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Refund Requests: If you are dissatisfied with a session, please reach out within 7 days of the appointment. We will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis and aim to provide a fair solution, which may include additional sessions or an alternative approach.

Payment for Services

All services must be paid for in advance of your scheduled session. We accept payments via secure credit card processing or other approved methods. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or need help with your payment.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you miss your scheduled session without notifying us in advance, you will be charged the full session fee. We strongly encourage timely communication to help us serve you better.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen personal events or emergencies that prevent you from attending a session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs with flexibility and compassion.

Refunds for Digital Products and Packages

Due to their nature, all sales of digital products (such as self-hypnosis recordings or e-books) are final. While refunds are not available for these purchases, we encourage you to contact us with any issues, and we will do our best to assist or resolve the matter.
